Logline

Mahesh, a simple man on earth suddenly started dreaming about snakes and some mysterious magical world. He always dreamed himself being killed by monster and sometimes he saw himself slithering with snakes. He used to hear a female voice, calling his name requesting to free her from confinement. His life became miserable when purohit Bhairav and Roli entered in his life with their contradictory concept; how he was related to his dreams, that lady and snake-world. Annoyed of them, when he decided to find himself, he became center of magic, mantra and supernatural powers. All four Lok, earth, heaven, snake-world and Patal-Lok started revolving around him. Everything which he read in history, ved and purans, started appearing true Infront of him.

Short Synopsis

Suddenly a man on earth started feeling connected to another world. He started seeing lakhs of snake slithering with him. He used to see a very old fort, a lady who was calling him to make her free from some magical confinement. His face started appearing like snake in mirror. Saints started calling him NAAG-VANSHI though he was orphan. Amavasya night was curse got him. He usually lost control over himself on that night. He felt being transported to some other world where he bangs his head Infront of a hanging leg asking for forgiveness.  He started feeling fondness for snakes. His well-wisher and best friend Roli were giving him medicine to beat Amavasya effect. A snake charmer purohit entered in his life with snake Bhairav with him. He has tremendous supernatural power. He treated him as lord of his world and tried to take him there with him. He was telling that lady who used to call him was his wife and waiting for him for 2 thousand years. Roli was trying to stop him by saying that he has danger of his life there as she was witch and calling him as scapegoat. Mahesh's beliefs broke when he knew Roli was a lady snake and was giving him poison on name of medicine. He decided to go to another world to find himself.

Two thousand years ago Naag lok had two province Naag kaksha and Naag desha situated on the bank of river Chandramauli. Each province was struggling for his heir. King of Naag desha Naag kanike was cursed for child but Lord kaamdev graced him a girl child as a part of conspiracy whom king named as Shambhavi. Naag brahma meditated stubborn meditation of lord shiva to get a boy child Neelkanth. Neelkanth and his prime minister son started learning weapon training in Naag-ashram from Guruji. They both were great warrior but Naagayan always stood in their competition. Neelkanth always helped him but he always tried to humiliate Neelkanth. Guruji had to take revenge from Vishwasen lord of poison so he was sending his two best disciple every year but he was invincible due to his poison. When Neelkanth and Bhairav were chosen best to fight with Vishwasen. Naagayan challenged Neelkanth for sword fight. Neelkantn tried to curb his anger but he killed him. Neelkanth also defeated Vishwasen and tried to take him to guruji but he handed over most dangerous poison Halahal to Neelkanth. Halahal was the same poison which came after churning of ocean with nectar which lord Shiva consumed to save this universe. After handing over poison Vishwasen swipe his neck on sword. Guruji seemed interested in that poison.

Shambhavi learnt weapon training in her palace with a lame army chief. Learning weapon for a girl in his state was banned but she learnt it. Naagacharya was the trainer of male army. He gave many rakshak to Naagdesh. Rakshak used to be the best warrior of Naagdesh chosen after competition. Naagacharya proposed his son Naagesh as Rakshak. Naagesh started loving Shambhavi and when he proposed she refused which Naagesh took as humiliation and decided to teach her a lesson. When competition held, he killed all his opponents and asked for Shambhavi's hand from king. When king refused, he challenged him and stated that he will marry her forcefully. Shambhavi challanged Nagesh as anyone can challenge Rakshak if he or she feel competent for that post. Naagesh thought an easy duel but she was very much tough. Naagesh managed somehow to stab sword in her stomach but his sword came out with some drops of water as it cuts tank of water. Before he could recover from this surprise Shambhavi cut his head. When she became Rakshak she knew that Rakshak had to protect Neel Mani which was kept on the mount of Shumeru.

Author Bio

Gyan Singh is born in Pagar uddih, a small Naxal affected village of palamu Jharkhand. His school-teacher father always gives priority to education. He has taken him to nearby city Daltonganj, where he studied till tenth from V.P.M GYAN NIKETAN school and completed his 12th from M.K. DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL. He went to IIMT ENGINEERING COLLEGE Meerut for B.TECH. from there, he joined MARITIME TRAINING INSTITUTE after securing AIR 19th in IMU CET examination. He is currently working as second mate officer in merchant Navy. Lonely sea life gave him enough time to write poems and novels. His writing career started with his first novel “SOMETHING LIKE LOVE”.
