At Booktainment, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable access to digital content and A/V rights. Since we primarily deal with digital transactions, please review our shipping policy, which outlines our processes for both digital and any physical items that may be offered.

1. Digital Content Delivery

  • Instant Access: Most content on Booktainment, including scripts, pitch decks, and other digital assets, is available for immediate download or access after purchase. Once the transaction is confirmed, you will receive a link to access your content directly on the Booktainment platform or via email.
  • License and Ownership Transfers: For A/V rights agreements, our team will facilitate the transfer of rights documentation, with a secure link provided once the contract is finalized and payment is confirmed.

2. Physical Items (If Applicable)

  • Shipping Fees: In cases where a physical item (e.g., limited edition books, merchandise, or promotional materials) is purchased, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
  • Shipping Time: For physical items, standard delivery time is 5-10 business days within the country and 10-20 business days for international orders, depending on location and courier availability.
  • Order Tracking: Once a physical order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your shipment through the courier’s website.

3. Content Accessibility and Download Issues

  • If you experience any issues with accessing your digital content, please reach out to us at contact@booktainment.in within 24 hours of purchase. Our support team will ensure you receive your content promptly.

4. Incorrect or Delayed Deliveries

  • For digital content: In rare cases where access links or content files are not correctly delivered, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will resolve the issue.
  • For physical items: If a shipment is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with replacements or claims with the courier service.

5. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Booktainment currently ships physical items to select international locations. Note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
