After every murder, grim stories are taped and sent to Inspector Raunak. Astonished at the resemblance to his life, Raunak suspects the killer has a personal motive that includes him.
Random people are being abducted from the capital city, Delhi, and are being killed mercilessly. Before killing, the murderer recites a story about a 9-year-old child who saw the brutal side of the world at a very young age. All the stories are being recorded for the Police department to see and are being addressed to Raunak Upadhyay, the Police inspector handling the case. Raunak links the style of serial killing to the case he solved years ago. But the murderer, Dharmendra Nath, is in jail. He is surprised to know that the killer is taking some personal interest in him. The murderer wants to convey a story, which somehow seems similar to his own. Murder after murder, the story gets unfolded for Raunak and the striking resemblance of some of the events with his own life turns him insane. Finally, the murderer unveils the mask in one of the videos where he gets to know that the killer is none other than his own brother, Chandan. Chandan had never seen the bright side of the world. He only saw emotions like hatred and misery prevailing. From a very young age, he saw his loved ones being murdered. And so, he grew up to follow the same hatred and vengeance. Coming to Raunak’s house a the age of ten, was also the result of one such event. The prostitute who had given him care and shelter was killed by Raunak’s father, a famous politician. He had then brought Chandan to his home. Even then, Chandan was used as a sex slave. Apparently, Raunak's father used to love Chandan more than his own blood which sowed the seed of aversion in Raunak's young mind. In the present time, when Chandan is killing people around, he is not just trying to attract the attention of his brother but is also trying to save him from the deadly plan of Dharmendra Nath whom he caught years ago. Dharmendra, with some mad scientist, was trying to abduct Raunak and kill him for everything that he did to him. But Chandan, who is in the same jail as Dharmendra, gains his confidence and devises a plan to save his brother in the only way he knows - murder.
